2. Your Order

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.


4. Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as any other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.


5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched within the timeframes displayed at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside of our control.


6. Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • In their original packaging where possible

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@temprmenswear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@temprmenswear.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer you either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost — the choice is yours.


8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at hello@temprmenswear.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items must meet the same conditions as our returns policy above.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to text, images, logos, and branding is the property of TEMPR Menswear and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEMPR Menswear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.


11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By placing an order, you agree to our use of your data as described in that policy.


12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
